Welcome!
The Genomics Core offers a wide range of genomics and DNA/RNA quality control (QC) services. We use the Illumina platforms for all Next-Gen Sequencing and genotyping submissions and Applied Biosystems for all Sanger Sequencing. The Genomics Core also offers quality assessment of most types of DNA and RNA. Samples can be submitted to during hours of operation (9 a.m.–4 p.m. Monday–Friday) after filling out the appropriate request.
