The Genomics Core offers a wide range of genomic and DNA/RNA services. They operate the Illumina NovaSeq X Plus, NextSeq 550, and MiSeq platforms for all NGS services. Additional services include DNA and RNA library generation, DNA and RNA quality assessment, and Illumina BeadArray methylation and genotyping analysis.
Samples can be submitted to during hours of operation (9 a.m.–4 p.m. Monday–Friday) after filling out the appropriate request.
