The Advanced RNA Profiling Core provides access to specialized expertise and infrastructure for advanced transcriptomic profiling approaches, including:
We support investigators at every stage of a project, including experimental design, library preparation, coordination of next-generation sequencing, and project-specific data analysis. We also work closely with researchers to assist with comprehensive data interpretation and presentation of results.
The Core has particular expertise in specialized RNA profiling techniques that are not widely available through standard genomic services. In addition to established workflows, we partner with investigators to implement specialized or custom transcriptomic profiling approaches and bioinformatic analyses tailored to specific biological questions and experimental systems.
Our goal is to help researchers design and execute robust RNA profiling experiments and extract meaningful biological insights from complex data.
